Any individual or organization supporting the purpose and mission of the Coquille Watershed Association is encouraged to become an active member. Active membership dues are $10.00/year.

As an Active member you will be responsible for selecting  Executive Council representatives from the Active membership.The Executive Council has 30 seats available, representing a variety of interests in the Coquille Watershed (see membership list).

The Executive Council representatives select a Board of Operating Officers to manage the organizations business. The Board of Officers consist of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Officer at Large, and Resource Advisor.

The Executive Council and Board of Officers conduct monthly business meetings. (meeting schedule)
All action and decisions made by the Officers and Executive Council must be approved by a consensus of the members present.

Consensus means that all members present are in agreement with, or have no opinion on the issue under consideration.
