The Executive Director is responsible for the long-term stewardship of the 6th largest largest watershed  in Oregon with an 10 person team carrying out more than $2 million dollars worth of projects each year. This role requires a mix of important skills: Financial acuity. Team Leadership. Relationship/partnership Management. We also need someone who is committed to this part of Oregon on the south central coast.
